By purchasing, redeeming or attempting to redeem your Jayco Albury Wodonga Gift Voucher, you agree and accept these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

Making Purchases with your Gift Voucher

Your Jayco Albury Wodonga Gift Voucher may be used to purchase goods and services from Jayco Albury Wodonga only either instore, via phone or email. A Jayco Albury Wodonga team member will require the gift voucher number and recipient name in order to process any payment via the gift voucher. The transaction will be completed when the balance has reduced on the Gift Voucher. No change will be given – any remaining balance on the Gift Voucher can only be used in whole or part against future purchases subject to these Terms and Conditions.

Jayco Albury Wodonga Gift Voucher may not be used to pay a store or credit account.

Gift Voucher Balances

The balance value of your Jayco Albury Wodonga Gift Voucher will be reduced by the value of all purchases of goods and services that are processed against the Gift Voucher.

Your Jayco Albury Wodonga Gift Voucher may only be used to make purchases up to the remaining balance. Any purchase that exceeds the balance of your Gift Voucher must be paid by you using another payment method, this could be an additional Jayco Albury Wodonga Gift Card, Cash or EFTPOS.

Your Jayco Albury Wodonga Gift Voucher is not redeemable for cash.

Jayco Albury Wodonga Gift Vouchers cannot be “Topped Up” or “Reloaded” with additional funding.

Gift Card Expiry Dates

Purchased Jayco Albury Wodonga Gift Vouchers will be valid for use for three (3) years (36 months) from the date of issue. Jayco Albury Wodonga Gift Vouchers issued by Jayco Albury Wodonga as a promotion for any reason where the customer has not purchased the Gift Voucher are valid until the expiry date provided.

Any balance that remains on a Gift Voucher will not be available for use after the expiry date.

To check the expiry date of your Gift Voucher, check the back of your Gift Voucher, if no expiry date has been entered, please call our dealership on 02 6057 7575 (option 2).

Your Jayco Albury Wodonga Gift Voucher will not be replaced or refunded if it has been lost or stolen.

You are responsible for the use and safety of your Gift Voucher. You are liable for all transactions on your Gift Voucher, except to the extent to which there has been fraud or negligence by us or by any of our employees.

Jayco Albury Wodonga reserves the right to amend any of these Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions at any time, any amendments will not impact your consumer rights.

To the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable to you for any loss or damage (whether direct or consequential), nor be in default under these Terms and Conditions, for failure to observe or perform any of our obligations under these Terms and Conditions for any reason or cause which could not, with reasonable diligence, be controlled or prevented. These causes include acts of God, acts of nature, acts or omissions of government or their agencies, strikes or other industrial action, fire, flood, storm, riots, power shortages or failures, sudden and unexpected system failure or disruption by war or sabotage, and other acts or omissions of third parties.

These Terms and Conditions are to be construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any dispute arising from your receipt or use of a Gift Voucher is exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia (including the Federal Court of Australia).
